Right of Withdrawal / Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – No Bad Days Club, a brand of MSBS Commerce GmbH (represented by Marian Bock), Heußweg 111, 20255 Hamburg, Germany, b2b@nbdc.de – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. As a rule, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics, and functioning.
