Terms and Conditions


1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade or independent professional activity.


2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase agreement is concluded with MSBS Commerce GmbH, represented by Marian Bock.
By listing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract for these items. You may add products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the ordering process.
The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the items in your shopping cart. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.


3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the contract text in your customer account.


4. Delivery Terms
We deliver within Germany free of shipping costs from a certain minimum order value (visible on our website).
Delivery is made exclusively via shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection is not possible.


5. Payment
According to §19 UStG, no VAT is charged.
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit Card
When placing the order, you provide your credit card details. After verifying you as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.

PayPal
During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the payment provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order, we will request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction, which is then carried out automatically.

Sofort by Klarna
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of Sofort GmbH. To pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking-enabled account, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction will be carried out immediately after and your account will be charged.

Apple Pay
To pay via Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, have Apple Pay activated, authenticate yourself, and confirm the payment. The transaction is processed immediately after placing the order.

Google Pay
To pay via Google Pay, you must be registered with Google, have Google Pay activated, authenticate yourself, and confirm the payment. The transaction is processed immediately after placing the order.

Amazon Pay
During the order process and before finalizing your purchase, you will be redirected to Amazon. To complete the purchase via Amazon Pay, you must be registered with Amazon, authenticate yourself, and select your stored delivery address and payment method. Then confirm the payment and return to our online shop to complete the order. The payment is then processed automatically by Amazon.

Purchase on Account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.com), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer payment by invoice as an option. Please note that this method is only available for consumers and that payment must be made directly to Klarna. 6. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the delivery carrier and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to make a complaint or contact us does not affect your legal rights or claims, especially your warranty rights. However, it helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.


7. Warranties and Guarantees
Statutory warranty rights apply. Information on any additional warranties and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on dedicated information pages in the online shop.


8. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be accessed [here]. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
