How can I become a B2B partner?
Simply register directly through our B2B shop. Once you’ve entered your company details, we’ll review your application and usually activate your account within 24 hours.
What are the requirements for a B2B partnership?
You’ll need a valid VAT ID, and it’s important that you resell our products – either online or in a physical store.
Where do I find my order invoices?
You can download all invoices for your previous orders directly from your B2B customer account.
Do I have to log in every time I order?
Yes, make sure to log in with your B2B account to see the correct prices and conditions.
How can I change my billing or shipping address?
You can easily manage your addresses in your customer account.
Alternatively, just send us a quick email at b2b@nbdc.de.
Can I modify or cancel my B2B order after placing it?
As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, changes are possible.
Just get in touch with us as soon as possible at b2b@nbdc.de.
Where can I see an overview of my orders?
Yes, your B2B customer account gives you an overview of all past orders, invoices, and deliveries.
Can I place an order by email?
In special cases or for custom requests, yes – just reach out to us at b2b@nbdc.de.
However, the fastest way to order is directly through our B2B shop.
Do you offer personalized advice for retailers?
Absolutely! Just drop us a message at b2b@nbdc.de if you have questions about our brand, product range, pricing, or anything else. We’re happy to help.
Can I create individual logins for multiple team members?
At the moment, we offer one login per company – but we’re happy to find custom solutions if needed.
How long does shipping take within the EU?
We usually pack your order the next business day.
From the time your order is placed, delivery within the EU typically takes 4-10 business days.
Which shipping providers do you use?
We ship with DHL GoGreen. For very large order volumes, we work with a freight forwarding company.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver within the EU and to selected non-EU countries.

Do I need to log in before placing each order?
Yes, please log in with your B2B account so the correct prices and terms are shown to you.
What are the shipping costs for retailers?
Shipping costs vary depending on the country and order size. Please see the shipping rates at checkout.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
How is my order packaged?
We deliver sustainably – using recyclable packaging, neutral branding, and eco-friendly fillers.
Is express shipping available?
Yes, it’s available for a fee and by request. Please contact us before placing your order at b2b@nbdc.de so we can find the best solution for you.
Is there a minimum order value for B2B orders?
Yes, the minimum order value for B2B orders is €150 net.
Where do I find your wholesale prices?
After successful registration and login to the B2B shop, all net prices will be displayed automatically.
What are your payment terms?
If you order on invoice, our payment term is 14 days.
Do you provide point-of-sale displays?
Yes, we offer two types of small sock displays, each holding 24 pairs of socks either single-sided or double-sided. We also provide branded gift boxes that can hold up to 3 pairs of socks and, upon request, can include free stickers.

Can we get access to marketing images?
Yes, you can find current product images in this Google Drive folder and use them free of charge for your online shop, social media, newsletters, and more.

Where are your products made?
All our products are made in selected family-run factories in Portugal.
Do you also offer sock hangers/hooks?
Yes, you can easily add the desired number of sock hangers/hooks to your order free of charge.
Are your products labeled with EAN/GTIN barcodes?
Yes, all our products are labeled with GTIN barcodes.
Can I pre-order sold-out products?
Yes, just send us an email at b2b@nbdc.de. We’ll note your order and let you know when the items are back in stock.
I can’t decide — do you offer a starter or bestseller package?
Yes! Just send us an email at b2b@nbdc.de and tell us your desired budget and which products you want included. We’ll then prepare a bestseller package and send you the completed shopping cart link by email.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes, upon request we’re happy to send you a few free samples so you can experience the quality firsthand. Please contact us at b2b@nbdc.de to arrange this.

How can I stay updated on news and offers?
