We collaborate with a social facility to provide meaningful employment for people with disabilities. In rare cases, there may be packing errors. If this happens, please contact us at b2b@nbdc.de, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer convenient payment by invoice. The invoice should be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How do I get an official invoice for my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, your invoice will be automatically sent to you via email.
Is VAT included in the prices listed on the website?
VAT will not be applied on orders outside Germany.
